As Chief Customer Officer at Darigold, Duane Naluai is a proud steward of the iconic 104-year-old Northwest farmer-owned brand. Duane brings more than 30 years of brand-building and commercial development experience to Darigold, and has led the development of several exciting new products during his tenure with the co-op. As Chief Customer Officer, Duane leads all facets of Darigold’s global sales, business development, integrated business planning and customer service functions and is a key member of the co-op’s senior leadership team. Active across the dairy industry, he has partnered with the Dairy Management, Inc. Fluid Milk Advisory Committee to serve as a strong advocate of its mission to revitalize fluid dairy through consumer-relevant innovation, effective consumer communication and customer partnership development. In his new role he is engaging industry partners in the effort to expand U.S. dairy exports across ingredients and consumer packed goods.
