I focus on supply chain optimization and support new project development while negotiating prices with trusted suppliers to give our grocery stores the lowest possible COGS for their milk, ice cream, sour cream, cottage cheese, and yogurt. I also provide the business with cheese and butter market insights and support my sourcing colleagues with commodity analysis across a broad spectrum of categories from resins and paper pulp, to beef and pork markets.
