Tom is the VP of Dairy Business Development at CIH and has been working in dairy risk management since 2010. He has held several roles across the supply chain, working directly with dairy producers to manage their commodity price risks, as a physical trader where he bought and sold dairy ingredients all over the world, and he assists both class III and IV processors and end users to understand and utilize all the price risk management tools at their disposal. Tom is married with three very active children. He spends his free time traveling, reading, coaching, playing 16 inch softball and the occasional round of golf.
