Bryce Chambers currently serves as Director of Industry Relations for Dairy West where he works to bring value to the regional dairy industry through leadership training and education. Prior to joining Dairy West, Bryce worked for Dairy Farmers of America where he specialized in professional dairy consulting and on-farm training. Bryce also brings 10-years experience as a certified FARM Trainer. The Farmers Assuring Responsible Management program governs over 98% of the country's milk supply and includes modules on Animal Care, Environmental Stewardship and Workforce Development. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Bryce has great understanding of farmer and farm-worker needs and the ability to communicate solutions effectively.

Bryce earned his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Utah State University and is actively engaged in his family's farm in Smithfield, UT, where he lives with his wife and three children. Bryce enjoys farming, John Deere tractors, snowmobiling, fishing, and coaching youth football.
