Tim Timmons has been part of the ABS Beef InFocus® team since its inception in 2012, helping shape the brand from conception to harvest. In the early years, he focused on proof of concept and data validation from conception through harvest, while also developing brand identifiers, establishing grower partnerships, and building feedlot collaborations to support data sharing.

Passionate about the integrity of Beef InFocus®, Tim is dedicated to ensuring customer success through the world’s best Beef Cross feeder cattle genetics—bred by design, validated by data, and proven through results. With his deep dairy background, he understands that milk production is the primary revenue driver for dairy customers. That’s why he strongly advocates for the combined power of Sexcel® dairy genetics and Beef InFocus®—a transformational approach to genetic progress for this generation. Tim is energized by sharing the Beef InFocus® story and helping dairies create new profit centers with confidence.

Born and raised on a dairy farm in northeast Ohio, Tim graduated from The Ohio State University in 1985 and began his career in the dairy industry. He has been with ABS for more than 28 years and has played a key role in the development of over 4 million Beef InFocus® calves entering networks that continue to refine genetic improvement. He is grateful to work alongside an exceptional group of dairy producers, calf growers, cattle feeders, and packers who make this progress possible.
When he isn’t traveling with ABS, Tim enjoys time with his wife Rebecca, their children, and grandchildren—or cheering on the Buckeyes. Beyond his work in agriculture, he is deeply committed to bringing hope to families facing cancer. As founder of the Pray Hope Believe Foundation, Tim and his friends have supported more than 400 families in their fight. He also serves as a Teaching Pastor, where he shares stories of faith and the message of Jesus with his church community.
