Lael Schoessler is a second-generation dairyman from Kimberly, Idaho, where he operates No View Dairy with his family. The farm milks approximately 3,500 cows and has been in operation since 1995.

After graduating from South Dakota State University with degrees in dairy science, ag business, and accounting, Lael returned to the farm full-time in 2013 to continue and expand the family operation. He focuses on herd health, sustainable practices, and operational efficiency to maintain high-quality milk production. Lael and his wife, Lauren, have two children who enjoy spending time with the cows.
