Tom Griffin is a fifth-generation dairy farmer from Trenton, Utah, where he operates a Lely robotic dairy alongside his father and nephew. Deeply rooted in family tradition yet forward-thinking in his approach, Tom has embraced technology to enhance efficiency, animal care, and sustainability on the farm.

Tom and his wife, Kim, have four children, three daughters and one son—who share in the family’s passion for agriculture and rural life.
Beyond his own operation, Tom is an active leader in his community. He serves as president of the West Cache Irrigation Company and is a member of Gossner’s Dairy Advisory Committee, where he contributes his experience and perspective to help guide local water management and regional dairy interests.
