Exhibit setup will be on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 starting at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m.

Boise Centre is not equipped to store freight; therefore, we cannot receive good prior to move-in of more than 72 hours. Any goods arriving prior to the authorized move-in times may be refused and required to return at the scheduled move-in time.
It is important for all freight to have the company name, event name, booth number and event date on the shipping label. Shipping arrangements can be made with a company of your choice. A few suggestions are provided below:

Exhibits will begin to tear down on Thursday, November 10th starting at noon and must be completed by 3:30 p.m. There are No Exceptions to the above information, you cannot setup or tear down prior to the start time and end times of the show.
The 2022 Dairy West Annual Meeting officially begins with breakfast on November 9th and ends with the Banquet on November 10th. All representatives who wish to attend the meeting must be registered. Please note: The registration fee includes the booth space, meals for one representative and the Idaho dairy producer mailing list, emailed the day of exhibit set-up.
Please register the representative as well any additional representatives, along with contact information and any/all meals they plan on attending.
Exhibitor only: $750/booth (includes 1 representative)
Additional representatives: $300/rep before October 1, 2022; $500/rep thereafter
* Tradeshow will be closed during Keynote Sessions. All exhibitors are welcome to attend.
Additional booth space or booth elements above and beyond the 8 x 10 provided in your Exhibit Package are available.
Other booth elements to select include: power drops, chairs, tables and any additional equipment needed to haul in your booth equipment. Please ensure you let us know what you require in the registration process.
