Question: What are the dates of the 2024 Dairy West Annual Meeting?
Answer: Tradeshow set-up is November 12, 2024 and the Annual Meeting is November 13 & 14, 2024.

Question: How many people attend the Dairy West Annual Meeting?
Answer: We had over 800 people attend the Dairy West Annual Meeting last year, including dairy producers and their families, dairy industry professionals, government leaders, community partners and opinion leaders.

Question: What is the deadline for Exhibitor/Sponsor registration?
Answer: August 31, 2024

Question: Why should my company exhibit and/or sponsor?
Answer: The Dairy West Annual meeting gives companies direct access to Idaho and Utah's dairy producers in a fun and interactive forum. Sponsorship opportunities amplify your exposure and message.

Question: What are the penalties for canceling my booth reservations?
Answer: A refund, less a $250.00 cancellation fee, will be issued for written cancellations received before October 1, 2024. Cancellations received after October 1, 2024 are not eligible for a refund.

Question: What are the set-up and tear-down times for the exhibit hall/tradeshow?
Answer: The Tradeshow set-up is Tuesday, November 12, 2024 starting at 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Tradeshow tear-down is Thursday, November 14, 2024 from noon to 3:30 pm.  There are No Exceptions to the above information, you cannot setup or tear down prior to the start time and end times of the show.

Question: How do I request a different booth assignment?
Answer: Booth assignments will be made at the discretion of TMN Events and will be on a first come, first serve basis. However, a comment box on the registration form allows you to provide requests. Those are requested and are not guaranteed.

Boise Centre is not equipped to store freight; therefore, we cannot receive good prior to move-in of more than 72 hours.  Any goods arriving prior to the authorized move-in times may be refused and required to return at the scheduled move-in time.

It is important for all freight to have the company name, event name, booth number and event date on the shipping label.  Shipping arrangements can be made with a company of your choice. A few suggestions are provided below:

Question: I am a Platinum or Gold Sponsor. Where do I send my company brochure to for inclusion in the producer registration packets

Question: Can my spouse or family attend the Dairy West Annual Meeting?
Answer: Yes, with a paid registration.

Question: How do I get on the guest list?
Answer: Guests are by invitation only.  If you wish to attend the meeting, but do not want a booth, you may register as a roaming exhibitor for the same cost as other exhibitor participants. If you do not have a badge on, you will be asked to leave.

Question: I do not want to exhibit, but would like to attend and visit with my existing client/customer; how do I get a ticket to attend
Answer: You may register as a roaming exhibitor for the same charge as the other tradeshow participants.  All registered attendees will receive an official badge.

Question: What is the deadline for producer registration?
Answer: 
Grand Champion* Registration Deadline: October 17, 2024
Reserve Champion** Registration Deadline: October 31, 2024 (to be eligible for producer reimbursement and raffle).

* Grand Champion registration qualifies for $200 producer reimbursement and must be received no later than October 17, 2024.

** Reserve Champion registration qualifies for $100 producer registration and must be received no later than October 31, 2024.

Question: When will I get my reimbursement check?
Answer: Qualified permit holders, or their designee, will receive a visa gift card when they check in at the annual meeting. Reimbursement eligibility is determined by the date of the registration and the official ISDA dairy list.
